For online or flagship store purchases, we are happy to exchange/swap a product for a different size, should the size you order not be best suited for you.  There are no refunds on products or shipping.  In the event of an exchange, we will only accept merchandise that is unworn, in its original packaging that is not used, altered or damaged. Zeyzani merchandise that is intended for exchange must be received by us within 14 days from the date of purchase and authorized in writing by Zeyzani.  If product is defective, Zeyzani reserves the right to first attempt to repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired, Zeyzani will replace, swap or exchange the product, or give you a credit that does not expire until used. Customer is aware and agrees that either of these options could take some time, as products may have to be sent back to or ordered from our factories in Turkey or Italy.  Customer agrees to give Zeyzani 8 weeks to make repairs or exchanges; however in many cases they will be much quicker than this.

 

Custom ordered products, special orders or products on sale or closeout are NOT eligible for return or exchange.  All sales on these items are final.  If a product is going to be exchanged, a return authorization is required in writing.  When shipping an item back to Zeyzani, we always suggest using a major shipping carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL insuring the product and requiring a tracking number to insure safe delivery.  Zeyzani will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise by any mail carriers.  However, Zeyzani will assume responsibility, once item(s) are received and signed for by us or one our representatives to the following address:

For Holiday Shipments - any order (excluding custom ordered products, special orders or products on sale or closeout) placed after November 20 can be exchanged up until January 05 of the new year. If you decide to cancel your in-stock purchase (excluding custom ordered products, special orders or products on sale or closeout), prior to shipment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid less any 3rd party (i.e. PayPal/Credit Card) fees.

Method of Payments

 

We accept the following payment methods: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, money orders and cashier’s checks in U.S. Dollars only.

 

For Money Orders/Cashier's Checks 

 

Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

 

For Credit Cards

 

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make retail purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. For non-stock, special, custom orders, your credit card will be billed upon placing your order. For in stock items, if ordering via Phone, e-mail, your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order - if you are ordering on our web site, your credit card will be billed upon submitting the order.

 

Multiple Product Orders 

 

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

 

Privacy 

 

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

 

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

 

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

 

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

 

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

 

Shipping Policy

 

All USA shipments are made via UPS Ground [unless requested and paid for otherwise].  All prices quoted excluding international shipments are made through UPS Ground Services.  If you wish for expedited shipping, such as overnight, 2nd day or 3-day-select, we are able to accommodate you.  There will be additional charges for such expedited shipping options.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  Unless otherwise stated in writing, you agree that shipping is your responsibility and there will be no refunds offered on any shipping charges in either direction of shipping.

 

Shipping Time - Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

 

Shipping Method - For the convenience of our customers, UPS Ground deliveries are sent “No Signature Required.” This means that UPS will leave the package at your door or in a convenient location if no one is present to receive the shipment. If you require a signature delivery, please note that you will be charged an additional $4.50 as UPS charges extra for this level of service. Therefore, whether you order online or by phone, you will need to state this request and accept the $4.50 additional charge via e-mail toinfo@zeyzani.com.

 

Insurance - Insurance is optional and is billed at cost. Z's Treasures LLC - (dba) ZEYZANI is not responsible for loss shipments unless insurance is requested and purchased. Insurance is not inlcluded unless requested, and the cost will be determined depending on the shipment and ship to location.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 

Any mistakes or errors occurring from mailing to any other address than the exact one above is the responsibility of you, the client.  Zeyzani reserves the right to refuse any merchandise returns that does not meet all of the above requirements.  For footwear, we suggest that you try on a clean carpeted surface.  Zeyzani will not accept merchandise where the soles have been worn or marked up.  Original packaging for all items, footwear, clothing, jewelry, décor and furniture for all returns for exchange.

 

Backorders

 

Due to the unique, hand-crafted nature of your order, in some cases, the product you ordered may be on backorder.  Please note that your credit card will be charged in full to initiate your order.  Please be patient if what you ordered is on back order. If not already in production, typical production time may be 6-8 weeks.  We will communicate to you when the item you ordered is on backorder and give you an estimated delivery time either by phone or email.  You agree that if your product is on back order and cannot be delivered right away, that this does not entitle you, client to a refund.  Please understand our products are exclusive and hand crafted and we are working hard to get you the best, as fast as possible!

 

One-of-a-Kind Suzani and Kilim Products

 

Client understands that most Zeyzani products are hand-crafted and will have some variations and inconsistencies due to the unique hand-crafted nature of our merchandise.  These variations do not merit an exchange or refund.  Client also understands that many Zeyzani products are unique and one-of-a-kind.  Client understands that this merchandise will most definitely be different, one from one another.  The difference can be great or minor.  All differences are considered appropriate and acceptable.  No promises can or will be made to you, the client, in respect to consistency of the one-of-a-kind suzani and kilim products.  They will all be different and are not intended to be perfect.  Client fully understands when ordering suzani and kilim products that there will be imperfections and there is no guarantee in any product or any size, of any product to have any specific or usual look.  No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for items related to suzani and kilim merchandise or any items mentioned above.  However, Zeyzani wishes to provide you with excellent customer service and will make efforts to please you, so we will communicate with you in detail regarding your order throughout the ordering processes.

 

Cowhide/Calf Hair Leather and Suede Products

 

Due to the use of natural hides, you understand and agree that these products can and will have different tints, variations and symmetry.   Although all products will be very similar, there are variations from one boot to another.  Even each individual boot can have some differences from its mate.  Because they are natural hides and hand crafted, we cannot control with machined perfection and replicate every pair exactly the same.  But this very reason is one of the many things what our customers LOVE about Zeyzani - unique, different, no two are identical! But as per our terms and conditions, please understand all of the above do not entitle you to a refund.  By completing a purchase, you agree to this and all of the terms and conditions.

 

Clothing and Jewelry

House and Home Products

 

For FURNITURE, please note that all furniture purchases are final sale. If the furniture piece you purchased is defective, Zeyzani reserves the right to first attempt to repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired, Zeyzani will replace, swap or exchange the product In the event of an exchange, we will only accept merchandise that is in its original packaging, not used, altered or damaged. For HOUSE and HOME DECOR [excluding Furniture – please see above for our policy on all Furniture purchases], Zeyzani merchandise that is intended for exchange must be received by us within 14 days from the date of purchase and authorized in writing by Zeyzani.  If product is defective, Zeyzani reserves the right to first attempt to repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired, Zeyzani will replace, swap or exchange the product, or give you a credit that does not expire until used. International Orders and Shipments

 

Zeyzani does ship Worldwide and we have international retail partner stores. We require written authorization and identity confirmation before initiating, completing or shipping international online orders.  We also have a different shipping price that can vary from country to country.  We are happy to quote you a shipping cost to your country via UPS or USPS.  International shipping costs/fees/charges are 100% non-refundable.  Any and all exchanges are the sole responsibility of the receiver/client. Client agrees and understands that he/she is also 100% responsible for any and all duties and taxes required by his/her country. Zeyzani will not pay for or refund any duties and taxes under any circumstance.
