Tracking
A shipping confirmation may be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, upon request, we can email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from UPS that your purchase has been delivered.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@zeyzani.com or calling 856.439.6183
Product Availability
Zeyzani products available for purchase online include boots, shoes, belts, handbags, jewelry, clothing, accessories, scarves, décor, furniture and all related items listed on our web site. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. When available, usually, products ship the same day, if ordered by 3:00PM EST, or by the next business day if your order if received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is not available, which will delay fulfilling your order.
All Zeyzani boots & shoes are hand-crafted. Our hand embroidered collection is artistically designed and are one-of-a-kind, works of art. Although, some of the one of a kind suzani and kilim collections have similar designs, each is unique in its own way. Please understand every One of a kind suzani and kilim Boot, Shoe or Bag will be uniquely different.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the Zeyzani’s website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will let you confirm your order at the correct price.
Payment
Zeyzani accepts payments in U.S. dollars only, we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Money Orders. We are unable to verify credit cards orders drawn from international banks or international billing addresses. Upon completion of your order request, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your order. Debit card purchasers please notice that your purchase will draw funds from your account immediately.

Backorders will also be processed and we will let you know of an estimated delivery date. If the product you ordered is on backorder, this does not warrant a refund. Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, 2 day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Zeyzani cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. How to Care For Your Boots

We recommend using Scotch-Gard Fabric & Upholstery Protector on your Zeyzani Boots, (ONLY brocade or one of a suzani and kilim, NOT on calf hair).

Simply spray Scotch-Gard on your Zeyzani Boots, Shoes, Belts and Handbags every few months to help repel against stains or wetness from weather. (Follow directions on can.)

Keep in mind Zeyzani Boots should be cared for like you care for leather shoes (they are not made to be rain boots)!

If you do get caught in the rain or dirt in your Zeyzani Boots, don’t worry! Let your boots dry and use a dry brush to brush away the excess dirt.

For stains to your boots, we recommend using a Tide pen and a damp cloth to dab at the stain. Do not rub. (See instructions on the Tide pen.)
